Come on Yorkshire pull your finger out

Did you know that Yorkshire is the worst performing county in terms of Queen’s honours?

I know Yorkshiremen can play cricket because my cousin Alex Lees (pictured above) from Halifax is opening batsman for Yorkshire County Cricket Club and I know Geoff Boycott already has a gong, but surely there must be more to the county than a bat and ball.

So come on Yorkshire, stop watching cricket and start nominating your friends, family and business contacts for the recognition they deserve.
